Made from apples
After two distillations have brought the strength of this cider brandy up to around 65%, the spirit is rested in small, medium toasted American oak barrels for at least twelve months. This small bottle holds a lot of flavour. The distillery notes that of black cherry and sandalwood on the nose, with molasses, raisins, liquorice and pepper on the palate.
