Once the barley has been harvested from the field that overlooks the beach at St. George's Well, it is distilled up to 96% and is then subject to a charcoal filtration. The resulting liquid is 100% grown, produced and distilled in Cornwall.

Note that this is a slightly smaller than usual 50cl bottle.
