Pocketful of Stones distillery only make 200 bottles of the Summer Cup in each batch, in the Summer of each year.
It's made by infusing the flagship Caspyn Dry gin with different fruits and spices and a little fortified Portuguese wine. The ingredients used differ depending on what's available to the distillery at the time of production, and reflects which fruits are in season. To start with, lots of strawberries are used, then moving onto raspberries and gooseberries before switching to darker black and blue fruits toward the end of Summer.
The distillery recommend enjoying with lemonade and ginger ale, garnished with a load of fresh fruit and citrus.
