London Dry Gin
Alongside the traditional gin botanicals of coriander, liquorice, juniper and citrus, 7 Cornish botancials are used to create the Stafford's London dry gin. These include mint, honey and sea buckthorn, all of which are part of a 15 botanical recipe that create the spirit.
After fermenting their own potatoes grown on Colwith Farm, the distillery create Aval Dor, their award winning potato vodka. From here, the spirit is re-distilled with the aforementioned botanicals in a copper still to produce the gin.
This product has also won gold at the Taste of the West Awards.
