The flagship product from Wrecking Coast Distillery released in 2015, this clotted cream gin is produced by two separate distillations. The first distillation is that of the Cornish clotted cream, which is distilled in glass vacuum still made specifically to the distilleries specifications. The second distillation is that of a twelve botanical gin. The distillery then blend the two spirits together to create a cream-laden gin with all the backbone of a traditional London Dry.
Once the gin has rested for roughly three weeks, the distillery part it down with Cornish spring water to 44% ABV.
