Kea plums - which are small, damson-like plums - are quite unique, as they can only be found in a small valley in Cornwall. The Wrecking Coast Distillery steep these plums in white rum for at least two months before adding sugar, orange, ginger and spice to create this one-of-a-kind liqueur.
